Don’t forget, Educational Sessions (excluding Pre-Conference) are included* in the exhibitor fee, and exhibitors are encouraged to attend. Network, develop new customers, and expand your company name with those in your field. For prime exhibit space, please consider funding an educational symposium*, conference sponsorship, and/or an unrestricted educational grant. We have a number of educational symposia and conference sponsorship options available. Payment for all exhibitor opportunities is in addition to the cost of exhibiting, unless stated otherwise. Additional recognition will be given to exhibitors who reach our recognition levels. Recognition levels are met by supporting the SER of the WOCN® financially through a variety of options such as exhibitor fee(s), conference sponsorship opportunities, educational symposia* and unrestricted educational grants. Exhibitors will be individually recognized for their contribution in the conference program booklet, and signage throughout the conference. The level of recognition will be dependent upon the total amount of the contribution.  (*Symposia slots are sold out)

Register today! Please complete the Exhibitor Registration and Contract on page5-6 of the Exhibitor Prospectus. If you wish to pay by Credit Card, please indicate such on the form, and include who should receive the invoice.  For increased security measures, we will now generate an invoice with payment link through PayPal®, our payment processor.  Alternatively, you are welcome to mail a check to the address below. CONFERENCE- HOTEL ROOMING BLOCK at HOLIDAY INN
Despite every attempt to avoid scheduling our conference during a Tennessee home football game, the University has rescheduled the Georgia game for Saturday, September 30 in Knoxville. As with most popular sporting events, the hotel room rates have increased to their legal limit (some at $600/night) which has made it challenging to secure a room at a reasonable rate in the immediate downtown area near the conference center.

After assessing all options with our limited time frame, it has been determined the best course of action for our members is to continue with the conference as planned and work to provide some housing alternatives. The Southeast Region of the WOCN® Society Board is working to create some additional space within the current room block at the Holiday Inn. The Board members will be housed off-site to open more rooms within the contracted room block. However, even with this action, the rooming block is nearing capacity.
